who am I?

moncheoPR started out as a place for me to write about my dining experiences in Puerto Rico. Included were also any cooking or gastronomic related happenings while in Puerto Rico. I started it anonymously but recently came out from behind the kitchen (yes, I am corny) and revealed who I am. For now moncheoPR will be more about eating out around PR while any personal cooking happenings will appear in my other blog: (more about me in there). I hope you enjoy it and welcome any and all comments, thoughts, and ideas. ¡Buen provecho!
